Client SMS Consent
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Who this is for
This page is the website opt-in for one optional Black Chalice LLC client SMS program: being contacted by Black Chalice by text about your projects, and about the inquiries you send us by email, phone call or text. It is for clients and for anyone who has asked Black Chalice about a project.
This is not marketing. Texts under this program are about your own projects and inquiries only. Black Chalice does not send promotional texts under this consent.
A Black Chalice business partner? Use the partner SMS consent page instead (https://blackchalice.org/partner-sms-consent).
Black Chalice staff? Use the staff SMS consent page instead (https://blackchalice.org/sms-consent).
What clients receive
Texts from Black Chalice about your own work with us, for example:
- replies to your email, call, voicemail or text inquiries
- updates, questions and milestones on your projects
- scheduling: calls, meetings, reviews and launches
- notices that something needs your attention or a reply
You can reply to these texts, and a person at Black Chalice reads the replies.
How clients opt in
Opt-in method: website form at https://blackchalice.org/client-sms-consent. Clients enter their mobile phone number, name and email, review the disclosure, and check the box, which is unchecked by default. Submitting sends a confirmation link to that email. Consent is not active, and no texts are sent under it, until Confirm is pressed on that link's page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with Black Chalice; you can always reach us by email instead.
Opt-in form
After opt-in
Sample format: “Black Chalice: Hi [name], thanks for your message about [project]. Are you free for a quick call Thursday? Reply STOP to opt out.”
If you replied STOP to a Black Chalice text before, reply START to that number as well, or carriers will keep blocking our texts. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time, or email Contact@BlackChalice.org. You can also revoke on this page.
Mobile numbers
Black Chalice LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers collected for this program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with project activity.
