Who this is for
This page is the website opt-in for one optional Black Chalice LLC partner SMS program: notifications about the projects and collaborations a business partner works on with Black Chalice. It is only for business partners. Only phone numbers and emails Black Chalice has set up for a partner can opt in.
The public does not receive SMS under this program and cannot opt in through this page.

What partners receive
Partner notifications are one-way texts about shared work, for example:
- updates and milestones on shared projects and collaborations
- summaries of notes from calls the partner records with a Black Chalice AI notetaker
- reminders about meetings, reviews, launches and deadlines
- notices that something needs the partner's attention or a reply by email
Partner notifications are never marketing or promotional messages.
How partners opt in
Opt-in method: website form at https://blackchalice.org/partner-sms-consent. Partners enter their mobile phone number, name and email, review the disclosure, and check the box, which is unchecked by default. Submitting sends a confirmation link to the email Black Chalice has on file for that partner. Consent is not active, and no texts are sent, until Confirm is pressed on that link's page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or partnership.

Sample format: “Black Chalice: [Project] update: [short summary]. Details by email. Reply STOP to opt out.” or “[Notetaker]: notes for call with [contact] (12 min). [Short summary of the call]. Full notes and transcript by email.”

Mobile numbers
Black Chalice LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers collected for this program with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with project activity.
