Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to use of the Black Chalice LLC phone answering system and related operational SMS alerts. By calling Black Chalice, leaving a message, or (for staff) opting in to internal text alerts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The Black Chalice phone line provides automated information about company projects and allows callers to leave collaboration inquiries or general messages. The service may change, pause, or be unavailable without notice, including during product development and testing.

Do not leave unlawful, abusive, or confidential third-party information you are not authorized to share. Black Chalice may record calls and messages as described in the Privacy Policy.

Calling Black Chalice does not enroll you in text messaging. Callers do not receive SMS under the current Campaign. Any future caller messaging would require a separate, explicit opt-in and updated terms.

Black Chalice may send automated operational SMS alerts only to opted-in CEO, employee, or developer numbers. These alerts may notify the recipient about inbound calls, project-information requests, collaboration inquiries, or general messages.

Message frequency varies with call volume and is expected to remain low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help, where supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Staff consent is obtained when an authorized person provides their mobile number for this purpose and confirms in writing using the language at https://blackchalice.org/sms-consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment or of receiving other Black Chalice services.

You may not use the phone system or related services to harass, spam, commit fraud, or interfere with Black Chalice systems. We may refuse or terminate access where we believe these Terms have been violated.

The phone system and SMS alerts are provided “as is” for business and development use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Chalice disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
